 Warranty

Our products come with a 1 year warranty that ensures the product is free from defects in manufacturing and materials. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper use or care, alterations of any kind or accidents causing tears or breakage. Normal wear and tear does not include piercing or damage of any materials with sharp objects, or uses the product is not intended for. Water damage is not covered.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. If one is not available, a refund equal to the purchase price will be issued.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products only. Each products is opened and inspected for integrity before shipping out to you. We keep records of all purchased products, Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned items need to be in their original packaging. Please email us at wholepet@gmail.com and we will issue a return code before you send an item back.

Please make sure your phone will fit inside the bag. The dimensions of each bag are clearly stated in the descriptions.

For purchases outside the USA the buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the product minus the shipping cost, 

All returned items must be in brand new, resalable condition.

Lost or undelivered packages must be reported within 30 days of ship date. We will open an enquiry with the method of shipment immediately.
